• Customers retain rights to their original artwork, but grant InkKing.in a license to print and fulfill orders.
• Prohibited: Uploading copyrighted/trademarked material without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• InkKing.in is not responsible for:
  • Misprints due to incorrect customer-provided designs.
  • Minor color variations (screen vs. print differences).
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
